USFans Spreadsheet 2026: What Changed & How to Read It

What Is the USFans Spreadsheet?

The spreadsheet is a community-maintained directory of supplier links organized by category, batch date, and QC status. It is not an official USFans product — it is a volunteer-curated resource that the platform tacitly supports by providing verification tools.

New Columns in the 2026 Version

This year's update added three important fields: "Last Verified" (date), "Batch Rotation Alert" (yes/no), and "Supplier Reliability Score" (1-5 community rating). These columns make it easier to spot stale links and risky suppliers without reading every Reddit comment thread.

Last Verified Date

Shows when a community member last confirmed the link is active and the batch matches the listed photos. Entries older than 45 days carry elevated risk.

Batch Rotation Alert

Flags suppliers who have changed factories, materials, or molds recently. If flagged, request current batch photos before ordering — old QC photos may not apply.

Reliability Score

A 1-5 rating based on community feedback about shipping speed, QC accuracy, and dispute resolution. Scores below 3.0 warrant extra caution.

Filter Views

New preset filters let you view only entries verified in the last 30 days, only high-reliability suppliers, or only items with active batch alerts.

How to Read the Reliability Score

A score of 4.5+ usually indicates a supplier with consistent batch quality and responsive customer service. Scores between 3.0 and 4.0 suggest acceptable quality but possible communication delays. Anything below 3.0 should be avoided unless you see recent positive QC posts with photos.

Score RangeWhat It MeansAction
4.5 - 5.0Excellent consistency, fast shipping, good QCSafe to order
4.0 - 4.4Good quality with minor varianceRequest photos
3.0 - 3.9Acceptable but communication may lagResearch recent QC
Below 3.0Frequent issues or stale linksAvoid unless verified

Batch Rotation Alerts

When a supplier changes factories or materials, quality can shift overnight. The 2026 spreadsheet flags suppliers with recent batch rotations so you know to request current batch photos before ordering. Do not rely on QC photos older than 45 days for flagged suppliers.

Using the Filter Views

Learn the filter shortcuts. Most community spreadsheets offer filtered views by category, by price tier, and by "last verified within 30 days." Start with the 30-day verified view to reduce your risk significantly.

1

Open the 30-Day Verified View

This filter removes stale links immediately. It is the safest starting point for any category.

2

Check Reliability Scores

Prioritize entries with scores above 4.0. Read the comment column for context on why a supplier scored lower.

3

Watch for Batch Alerts

If a supplier is flagged for batch rotation, cross-reference recent Reddit QC posts before adding to cart.
